Hi, I’m Dr. Nickers — psychologist, yoga therapist-in-training, and late-diagnosed ADHD’er — but most importantly, a woman who found her way home to her wild soul after years of instinct injury and spiritual exile.
For most of my life, I lived outside of myself — chasing approval, hiding my sensitivity, and trying to fix what I didn’t realise was never broken.
Misunderstood, mislabeled, and disconnected from my wildish nature, I carried the shame of being “too much,” “not enough,” “too loud,” “too emotional,” “too impulsive.”
I was instinct-injured, as Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés describes in Women Who Run With the Wolves — my wild nature buried under layers of cultural conformity, trauma, stigma, and ADHD misunderstanding.
My healing began when I stopped fixing — and started listening.
To my body.
To the ache behind my anger.
To the forgotten parts of me buried in shame, grief, and silence.
To the whisper of the wild woman within.
I’ve walked the long road back to myself through ADHD diagnosis, motherhood, loss, spiritual awakening, and somatic reconnection. I’ve returned to the sacredness of my story — not to be defined by it, but to honour it as the ashes from which I rise.
🔥 Today, I guide other women — Wildheart Women — on that same path of remembering.
I help mature women (45+) with ADHD reconnect to their intuitive wisdom, transform old stories, and rise from the embers of self-blame with fierce self-compassion (Dr. Kristen Neff). Together, we brave the wilderness (Brené Brown), unearth the bones of our truth, and sing them back to life (Dr. Estes), reclaiming the unique power we were never meant to abandon.
Through body-based healing, soul work, and sacred community, we re-home ourselves in our bodies, minds, and wild feminine instincts. And once we remember who we are, we begin to walk the path of the Warrior Goddess (HeatherAsh Amara) — grounded, radiant, and fiercely alive.
This is more than ADHD mastery.
This is soul retrieval.
This is reclamation.
This is your return.
Welcome to Wildheart Woman: ADHD Beyond 45.
You are not broken. You are rising.

I love this idea. So quick and simple. - M.S.
I actually made a list of 3 main tasks today and actually stuck to it and completed it without getting too sidetracked, procrastinating or fidgeting and thinking I needed to do more things!

I’m not a regular Facebook user but have been checking in on your posts and appreciate your wisdom.
